How it works

Three steps. No custom program, nothing held by us.

Scan

We read your token accounts from mainnet, then price each coin on DexScreener. Coins worth more than $1 and NFTs stay hidden unless you turn on Show valuable.

Pick

Tick the dead coins and empty accounts. Each one you close returns its rent, about 0.00204 SOL. Frozen accounts and ones you can't close are listed but locked.

Sign

Review the exact SOL back, then sign in Phantom. Each transaction burns the balance, closes the account and sends the rent to you.

What happens when you press sign.

Where does the SOL come from?

Every token account on Solana holds a rent deposit of 0.00203928 SOL. Closing the account returns that deposit to the owner. Burnback builds the standard SPL Token burn and closeAccount instructions with your wallet as the destination.

Do you hold my coins or keys?

No. There is no custom program and no escrow. The transaction is built in your browser, simulated on mainnet, and signed by Phantom. You can read every instruction in the Phantom prompt.

Is there a fee?

The review shows every line before you sign: rent back, any Burnback fee and the network fee. The fee only applies to rent and never to wrapped SOL.

What is skipped?

Frozen accounts, accounts whose close authority is another wallet, confidential balances and Token-2022 accounts holding withheld fees. NFTs and coins worth more than $1 are hidden until you turn on Show valuable, and burning them needs a typed confirm.

Why burn instead of sending the coins away?

An account can only close when its balance is zero. Burning removes the dust from supply in the same transaction, so nothing is left behind and no other wallet gets an airdrop of your junk.

How many accounts per transaction?

About 20. Burnback packs as many burn and close pairs as fit in one Solana transaction, then asks Phantom to sign each batch in turn. Every batch is simulated first, so a failing one never gets sent.

Can I check a wallet I don't own?

Yes. Paste any address into Check any wallet to see its accounts and locked rent. It is read-only: only the owner's Phantom can sign the reclaim.

Can I undo a burn?

No. Burned tokens are gone for good. Empty accounts can be opened again later, which costs the same rent.
